Privacy policy for Conzept International ApS

The privacy policy applies to the collection and use of personal data for Conzept International ApS. Below you can read when and how we process your data and to whom your data is transferred. All your data is treated confidentially and securely.

1. General

1.1. This policy on the processing of personal data (“privacy policy”) describes how Conzept International ApS (“us”, “our”, “we”) collects and processes information about you.
1.2. The privacy policy applies to personal data that you submit to us or that we collect via Conzept International’s website, conzept-int.dk (“the website”).
1.3. Conzept International ApS is the data controller for your personal data. All inquiries to Conzept International ApS can be made via the contact information listed under section 15.

2. Purpose, collection and processing of personal data.

What personal data do we collect for which purposes and the legal basis for the processing.

2.1. The website
When you visit the website, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the website, e.g. what type of browser you use, what search terms you use on the website, your IP address, including your network location and information about your computer. This includes optimizing user experience, enhancing website functionality and conducting targeted marketing, such as Facebook retargeting and Google Adwords. This processing of information is necessary so that we can protect our interests in improving the website and showing you relevant offers.
2.2. Newsletter
When you sign up for our newsletter via our website, we process the following data: Email address, name, job title and company name.
We process and store your data based on your consent to receive our newsletter. In addition, we use your email address to form a generic profile to measure statistics on the opening and click rate of our newsletter.
Your data will be saved as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of the newsletter or using the contact information in section 15. Your data will be transferred to our CRM system where we will keep it for as long as we have a legitimate commercial interest in you as a potential customer. If you want your data to be deleted in our CRM system, you must contact us. See section 15.
2.3. Contact form
When you fill in the contact form on our website, you give permission for Conzept International to contact you to answer your inquiry and also to send information regarding new initiatives and offers from Conzept International regarding our services. Your data will be transferred to our CRM system, where we will keep it for as long as we have a legitimate commercial interest in you as a potential customer.
If you want your data to be deleted in our CRM system, you must contact us. See section 15.
2.4. The legal basis for the processing is the EU Personal Data Regulation, art. 6, subsection 1, letter f.

3. Recipients of personal data

3.1. Information can be left to external partners who process the information on our behalf. We use external partners for, among other things, technical operation and improvements to the website, targeted marketing, including retargeting. These companies are data processors and, under our instructions, process data for which we are the data controller. The data processors must not use the information for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreement with us, and are subject to confidentiality regarding this. We have entered into written data processing agreements with all data processors who process personal data on our behalf.
3.2. One of our data processors, Google Analytics v/Google LLC is established in the USA. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the USA are ensured through the data processor’s certification under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, cf. EU Personal Data Regulation art. 45. 4. Your rights

4.1. In order to create transparency around the processing of your information, we, as the data controller, must inform you of your rights. See section 5. – point 13.

5. The right of access

5.1. You are entitled at any time to ask us for insight into, among other things, what information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, which categories of personal data and recipients of information may be must be as well as information about where the information originates.
5.2 You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data that we process about you. If you want a copy of your personal data, you must send a written request to info@conzept-int.dk. You may be asked to document that you are who you say you are.

6. The right to rectification

6.1. You have the right to have incorrect personal data about yourself corrected by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected. For contact information, see section 15

7. The right to erasure

7.1. In certain cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted by us. For example, if you revoke your consent and we have no other legal basis to continue the processing. To the extent that continued processing of your information is necessary, e.g. for us to comply with our legal obligations, or for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended, we are not obliged to delete your personal data.

8. The right to limit processing to storage

8.1. In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data limited to storage only, for example if you believe that the information we process about you is not correct.

9. The right to data portability

9.1. In certain cases, you have the right to have personal data that you yourself have given us delivered in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer this data to another data controller.

10. The right to object

10.1. You have the right at any time to object to our processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, including the profiling that is carried out in order to be able to target our direct marketing.
10.2. You also have the right at any time, for reasons relating to your personal situation, to object to the processing of your personal data that we carry out on the basis of our legitimate interests, cf. pt. 2.1

11. The right to withdraw consent

11.1. You have the right at any time to revoke a consent you have given us for a given processing of personal data. If you wish to revoke your consent, please contact us at info@conzept-int.dk.

12. The right to appeal

12.1. You have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with The Danish Data Protection Agency, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 København K about our processing of your personal data. Complaints can be lodged, among other things, by email dt@datatilsynet.dk or phone +45 33 19 32 00.

13. Deletion of personal data

13.1. Information collected about your use of the Website cf. pt. 2.1. is deleted at the latest when you have not used the website for 1 year.

14. Security

14.1. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures against personal data being accidentally or illegally destroyed, lost, changed or degraded, as well as against unauthorized access or misuse.
14.2. Only employees who have a real need to access your personal data to perform their work have access to it.
